Director, Cardiovascular Services Benefits:

• Position will lead a very busy, growing CV Service Line with a team of 25+ FTE's and will manage the Cath Lab, Pre and Post Procedural, and the ECG Departments
• Role will report to a collaborative and dynamic Administrator of Cardiovascular Services
• Director is well supported by a Team Leader and Educator who handle patient scheduling, staff scheduling, special projects and education for the department

Director, Cardiovascular Services Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or healthcare related field (Master's preferred)
• RN is preferred, but will consider experienced RCIS prepared candidates who have at least three years of cath lab leadership experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of Cath Lab leadership experience required at the Manager level or above
• Minimum of three (3) years of Cath Lab clinical experience required
• Servant-leader mindset with a passion for patient care, safety and quality
• Ability to lead and inspire people
