Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Top 100 Hospital – 530-bed Level II Trauma Center in Montana
Nealy Pierce has been retained by Benefis Healthcare, a rapidly growing 530-bed faith-based, not-for-profit health system, to assist in the recruitment of a Staff Nurse for their Surgical Operating Room (OR). The RN will work with a variety of patients including Open Heart, Neuro, Organ Harvest, Orthopedic, and Spinal for the Top Trauma Hospital in the state.

Staff Nurse Requirements:
- New Grads will NOT be considered
- 2+ years experience in an surgical environment preferred
- Patient focused, servant mindset
- Ability to provide excellent clinical care
- Team driven and works well with others
- Associate Degree in Nursing preferred, Bachelors (BSN) preferred
- Certifications in area of practice preferred
