Senior Director Cardiovascular Service Line

Nealy Pierce has been engaged by an independent, nonprofit, Top 100 hospital and Level II Trauma Center in the Pacific Northwest, to help them identify and attract an inspirational leader for their Cardiovascular Service Line providing both Interventional and Non-interventional services. This role will focus on the strategic and visionary leadership of the service line, focusing on growth, expansion, quality improvement, and best practices. This role will work with a strong team of providers, nurses, and techs to ensure the highest level of quality patient care is being delivered and that the needs of the community are being met. You will be supported by managers, coordinators, and an administrative assistant and work with the Directors of Perioperative Services and Critical Care as well as a great team of Cardiologists, Cardiovascular Surgeons and Cardiothoracic Surgeons to impact the quality of care provided. We are looking for:

  • Experienced leader with a passion for empowering nurses and impacting an organization
  • Previous leadership experience in the Cardiovascular service line required, with a clinical background in a Cardiac Cath Lab preferred
  • Someone with an INSPIRATIONAL leadership style who people gravitate towards and love to collaborate with and who can work well in any situation as a leader
  • Proven track record of improving quality, expanding services, improving P&L, and growing a program.
