Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent Outpatient Orthopedic experience, plus a willingness to continue to develop clinical skills
• Must be comfortable treating a caseload consisting of post-operative, sports med, and spine conditions
• We're looking for a self-starter with a development mindset that can create partnerships in the community
• Experience and enthusiasm working with a diverse patient population and treating a full range of ages and diagnoses
• Enjoys being a part of a progressive therapy practice
• Has a desire and ability to maintain positive relationships with our medical referral resources and the community

• Management of all therapy disciplines - PT + OT + SLP
• Time split between direct patient care 50% and management 50%
• Support and partnership directly with leadership to maintain and further develop outpatient services
