  • Perioperative Services Director (RN) will manage the Surgical Services Department (Operating Rooms, SDS, PACU, Pre-Op, Central Sterile Supply) with a team of approximately 75 FTEs including a Nurse Manager reporting to the Director

Qualifications & Requirements for Perioperative Services Director (RN):

  • Master's degree (Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration) required / BSN required if Master's degree is not in nursing
  • Active RN License
  • NE-BC, CNOR preferred (or similar certification)
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
  • Previous Operating Room nursing experience is required
  • Should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in leading a surgical services / perioperative services team
  • Servant leadership style, inspirational and collaborative
  • Perioperative Services Director (RN) must be able to build positive relationships across all levels
