Nurse Manager, Medical Surgical Highlights and Benefits:

• Position will be responsible for the day to day operations of a 35 bed unit and will manage a team of 50+ FTE's

Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Medical Surgical

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred (ADN required)
• 5+ years of general Medical/Surgical clinical nursing experience
• 2 years + of Medical/Surgical leadership experience required
• Lean Six Sigma experience is desired
• Should be able to demonstrate success in leading and mentoring a team, performance improvement and patient quality and safety
