Nurse Manager, Emergency (RN) Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MSN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• RN Active License
• At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in the Emergency Department
• Seeking an INSPIRATIONAL leader with a COLLABORATIVE leadership style
• Proven track record in leading and managing teams, collaborating with other providers and departments, improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement, and providing the highest level of patient care
