About the Position:

Nealy Pierce has been engaged by a 300+ bed hospital to search for an a Specialty Pharmacy Director. The Director of Specialty Pharmacy will provide leadership and direction for specialty pharmacy services. The Director will be directly responsible for specialty pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy call center services, medication access and affordability services, specialty pharmacy accreditation, mail order and strategies for business growth and service development. This position requires thorough understanding of drug pricing, medication reimbursement, our Variable Co-Pay Program and the specialty pharmacy marketplace.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• PharmD, Masters or Bachelors Degree from an accredited program
• Excellent communications skills
• Detail oriented but still able to see "the big picture"
• Team Player
