Nealy Pierce has been engaged by an award winning, financially sound, non-profit health system to conduct a search for a Director of Case Management to join its senior leadership team.

Primary responsibilities for Director, Case Management (RN):
- Serve as a member of the hospital's senior leadership team
- Manage and mentor a team of 30+ FTE's, build strategies that are aligned with current performance and hospital goals and vision for the care management program, timely patient throughput, appropriate care and utilization, safe disposition planning as well as utilizing data and analytics to drive departmental performance
- Work closely with executive leadership team, physicians and nursing leadership
- 300+ bed, non profit, financially sound hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
- Position will manage a team of 30+ FTE's (RN's and Social Workers) including a Manager and Administrative Assistant who will assist with day to day operations

- Eligible for a Director level bonus incentive of up to 10% annually based on the hospital's financial performance
- Sign on bonus will be offered to the successful candidate
- Master's degree required (MSN, MBA, MHA) and Bachelor's degree required
- RN Active License State of AL
- Minimum five (5) years progressive clinical leadership experience (Manager level or above) in an acute care hospital setting case / resource management department
- Must be able to demonstrate track record of success in case management / care coordination / resource management leadership
- Experienced in inpatient discharge management, discharge planning, case management, and clinical quality
- Proven track record of success in change management
- Strategic thinking and visionary leadership skills
