Director, Cardiovascular Services Benefits:
- Position will lead a very busy, growing CV Service Line with a team of 30+ FTE's
- Department will manage a team of 30 FTE's across three (3) intervention areas and an 11 bed pre and post recovery unit
- Performs over 3,000 cardiac interventions, 5,000 Echocardiograms and over 500 TEE’s/Cardioversions annually
- Role will report to a collaborative and dynamic Administrator of Cardiovascular and Perioperative Services
- Director is well supported by a Team Leader, Educator and Assistant who handle patient scheduling, staff scheduling, special projects and education for the department

Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Services requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or healthcare related field (Master's preferred)
- RN is preferred, but will consider experienced RCIS prepared candidates who have at least three years of cath lab leadership experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of Cath Lab leadership experience required at the Manager level or above
- Minimum of three (3) years of Cath Lab clinical experience required
- Servant-leader mindset with a passion for patient care, safety and quality
- Ability to lead and inspire people
