Director, Cardiovascular Services Benefits:

• Position will lead a very busy, growing CV Service Line
• Role will report to a collaborative and dynamic Administrator of Cardiovascular Services and will be well supported by a Coordinator, Department Educator and Assistant

Director Cardiovascular Services requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required or healthcare related field (Master's preferred)
• RN is preferred, but will consider experienced RCIS prepared candidates who have at least three years of Cath Lab leadership experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of Cath Lab leadership experience required at the Manager level or above
• Minimum of three (3) years of Cath Lab clinical experience required
• Servant-leader mindset with a passion for patient care, safety and quality
• Ability to lead and inspire people
