Director, Cardiovascular Services Benefits:

• Position will lead a very busy, growing CV Service Line with a team of 30+ FTE's
• Role will report to the Administrator of Surgical and Interventional Services
• Director is well supported by a Team Leader, Educator and Assistant who handle patient scheduling, staff scheduling, special projects and education for the department

Director, Cardiovascular Services requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or healthcare related field - Master's preferred
• Will consider RN or RCIS background
• Minimum of two (2) years of Cath Lab leadership experience required at the Manager level or above
• Minimum of three (3) years of Cath Lab clinical experience required
• Servant-leader mindset with a passion for patient care, safety and quality
• Ability to lead and inspire people
