Clinical Supervisor, Critical Care / ICU (RN) Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's degree preferred
• At least three (3) years of Critical Care / ICU staff nurse experience in an acute care hospital setting
• We will consider Staff RN's with no previous leadership experience
• CCRN preferred
• Preceptor / Resource RN experience is a plus
• Inspirational and collaborative leadership style that nurses gravitate toward and want to follow
